Dressel made headlines when he beat Phelps in the 100m butterfly at the 2017 World Championships.
In August, 2013, 100m world record holder Usain Bolt of Jamaica said he would like to see more of his Jamaican compatriot and training partner Yohan Blake in future races. Blake, who is the world’s second fastest man with a time of 9.69 seconds, has only beaten Bolt once in their three head-to-head meetings.
