To add a meeting to your Microsoft Teams calendar, first open your Calendar on your Samsung Galaxy device. On the left side of the calendar, click on the Add Meeting button. The Add Meeting dialog will appear. In the content area, enter the name of the meeting and select a time for it to start. You can also choose to have a video call with other team members.
On the right side of the Add Meeting dialog, you will see a list of meeting types. If you want to add a To-Do List, click on it and then select an item from the To-Do List dropdown box. In addition, you can select whether or not to include notes for this meeting in your overall To-Do list. Finally, you can click on OK to add the meeting to your calendar.
How to Add a To-Do List
To add a To-Do list, first open your Calendar on your Samsung Galaxy device. On the left side of the calendar, click on the Add To-Do List button. The Add To-Do List dialog will appear. In the content area, enter an item name and select whether or not you want to include notes for this item in your overall To-Dos list (note: Notes are not currently supported in Samsung Galaxy devices). Click on OK to add the item to your To-Dos list and confirm that it is added by checking its box next to “Include notes” as shown in Figure 1 below:

You can also create a new note for this meeting by clicking on its icon in your task manager and entering some basic information about it such as when it should be completed and who should do it (for example). After adding all required information for this new note, click on OK again and close out of Microsoft Teams so that it is stored in memory until needed again.
